William’s background spans service as a Royal Marines Commando, the UK Special Forces group, and in Special Operations policing. He founded Vawzen Solutions to bring the judgement, preparation and discretion developed through that career to the protection of private individuals and families.
With a focus on North America and an international outlook, his aim is to make specialist operational expertise more accessible to private clients, supporting their security needs at home and wherever they travel.
His philosophy is straightforward: protection should support the way people want to live. His methodology places capability ahead of presence, recognising that the true value of protection lies in the ability to anticipate, prevent and respond. It begins with understanding each client’s family, routines and concerns, then shaping proportionate measures around them. Careful preparation, discreet delivery and practical advice underpin that approach.
As founder, William takes personal responsibility for understanding each client’s priorities and setting clear expectations from the outset. The aim is a lasting relationship built on trust, sound judgement and confidence in the people providing protection.

FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS
ATHE Level 6 Diploma in Security Risk Management Consultancy, supported by membership of the Security Institute and the Institute of Strategic Risk Management.
