RESIDENTIAL SECURITY / TORONTO & INTERNATIONAL

Residential security.
Confidence at home.

Property security and personal protection should work together. We assess the residence and its routines, then help shape the measures and operative coverage appropriate to the household.

THE RESIDENTIAL SITE SURVEY

Understand the property.
Understand the household.

A residential survey looks beyond individual cameras, alarms or access points.

We examine the property and its surroundings, including perimeter boundaries, entry points, access control, lighting, video surveillance, alarms and potential safe areas. Layout, landscaping and neighbouring activity are considered for their effect on access and visibility.

Household routines matter just as much. We consider staff, visitors, contractors, deliveries and the practical arrangements around arrivals, departures and periods of absence. Findings inform prioritised recommendations that connect physical measures, technology and day-to-day procedures.

WHAT WE CONSIDER

Layers that work
as one arrangement.

01

Perimeter and access

Boundaries, gates, doors, approach routes and entry arrangements are reviewed together. The objective is to understand where access is controlled, where visibility is limited and how household activity affects the property’s exposure.

02

Lighting, surveillance and alarms

Existing systems are assessed in context: what they detect, what can be seen, who receives an alert and what happens next. Recommendations consider practical coverage and response arrangements, alongside the limitations of individual systems.

03

Household and staff procedures

Clear, usable procedures support the people who live and work at the property. Visitor access, deliveries, contractors, keys and communication are considered so that security measures remain workable during ordinary household activity.

04

Safe areas and emergency arrangements

We consider how the household would respond to intrusion, a medical emergency or other disruption. Communication, responsibilities, access to assistance and suitable safe areas form part of the planning, according to the agreed scope.

DEDICATED RESIDENTIAL PROTECTION

The same standard.
At your front door.

Where required, dedicated protection operatives can safeguard the property and protect clients and their families while in residence.

These operatives are drawn from the same specialist backgrounds and held to the same professional standards as our executive protection teams. They bring protective judgement, situational awareness and the capability to respond when necessary, alongside EMT or EMR training.

Their role is integrated with the property’s systems, household arrangements and emergency plans. Coverage can be discussed for an ongoing requirement or a defined period, with responsibilities, staffing and handovers agreed around the household’s needs.

A CONSIDERED NEXT STEP

Make home feel
like home.

We can begin with a site survey, a review of existing arrangements or a discussion about dedicated operative coverage.
